For more than 50 years, Council on Aging of Volusia County has been the only local non-profit focused exclusively on providing vital services to Volusia County seniors. Our staff and volunteers are trusted advocates to the growing number of our elderly neighbors in critical need of assistance to maintain their independence.
The mission of Council on Aging of Volusia County is to enrich the lives of our most vulnerable elderly citizens by providing needed services that enable them to remain safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes.
For more than 50 years, COA has provided care for Volusia County seniors, the fastest growing population in our area. Due to the increasing demand for services, federal and state grant dollars cannot cover the costs required to meet the needs of our elderly neighbors.
Council on Aging of Volusia County is a 501(c)-(3) non-profit organization. Your tax-deductible donation will help us fund basic services for Volusia County’s most vulnerable seniors to allow them to remain safely in their own homes.
